We manufacture hydraulic cylinders conforming to ISO 6020 standards. We also manufacture tie-rod type and mill duty type cylinders. Cylinder can be manufactured from Bore 40mm to Bore 600mm, rod sizes from 20 to 500 and stroke up to 6 meters. Pressure ratings of 160 bar (medium pressure) and 250 bar (high pressure). Special cylinders for high temperature applications (upto 200 degrees C) can also be made. Cylinders are welded with high pressure MIG welding with manipulator.

• Upto 200 bore, skived and roller burnished cold drawn seamless tubes of grade ST52 B+K imported from Europe.
• Piston rods made of CK45 / EN8 with min 25 micron hard chrome plating
• All sealing systems are form reputed manufacturers like Merkel, Busak-Shamban, Parker and Halite. Hunger seals can also be supplied on special request.
• All cylinders are tested for cycle, drag and proof pressure.
